Our brand uses high-quality Japanese Stainless Steel, our scissors are designed to last. The colouring is also cover under manufacturing warranty.
Lifetime Warranty ExclusionWarranty for scissors bought from our online store does not include re-sharpening from 3rd parties and damage caused by dropping scissors or misuse as detailed below. Please be aware that damaging your scissor blade edges or the colouring by chipping, dropping, or incorrect tension or incorrect sharpening by a 3rd party, maintenance, cleaning or care of your scissors with chemicals or by not following our care guidelines is not covered by warranty. Warranty Return PolicyAll faulty scissors under Lifetime Warranty have to be returned to My Shear razor by a tracked service for inspection, if found to be manufacturer fault they will be replaced at no charge to our customers.

How it Works
Please reach out to us via email or by phone within the first 7 days of receiving your scissors if you need to make an exchange or ask for a refund. We count the 7 days from when your package is marked as delivered to you via delivery service tracking on their website.The shear razor and all included items in your package need to be mailed back to us and a tracking number must be provided. The shear razor must be in a new condition, with no damage or have been dropped etc. in the original packaging, this includes the case with shears properly secured, with shears key, cleaning cloth and oil pen, replacement blades, and two combs inside the case with warranty card and any promotional cards as well.We will then assess the shears and if there are no damages or problems we will exchange the shears for the ones or issue you a refund. It takes approximately 3-5 days for your refund to come through from the transaction from which you paid for the shears. Exchanging your shears We are more than happy to exchange your shears once we receive the pair that you have sent back to us, via a tracked service and in the as new condition in the original packaging.
